Clare Lack - Director

With a passion for exceptional service and an in-depth understanding of the property market, Clare owns and leads Right At Home Estate Agents, a thriving bespoke estate agency that prides itself on delivering a tailored approach to buying and selling properties.

Clare came into estate agency following 32 years of experience in residential conveyancing. With her expert knowledge of the legal process, she's ideally placed to guide you through the conveyancing of your sale offering expert advice and guidance every step of the way, ensuring each transaction moves smoothly from start to finish, happens in the quickest time possible and with the minimum of fuss.

Amongst her many talents, Clare provides open and honest property valuations, negotiates deals and is deeply committed to providing a personalised and attentive service that exceeds client expectations. With a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering results, Clare has earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering dedication to her clients' needs.

When not selling houses and growing a successful agency, Clare's passion is interior design and renovating her home. With her excellent eye for design, she can help stage your property so it looks its absolute best and most appealing to potential buyers and offering helpful design ideas during property viewings.

Joanne Cross - Manager

Before joining Right At Home, Joanne spent 10 years working for a large local firm of solicitors as a residential conveyancer. Joanne's property legal knowledge and experience is invaluable when it comes to guiding you through the sale of your home. Joanne's always on hand to assist with the paperwork during the conveyancing process and answer any questions. Keeping in regular contact with conveyancers during the sales progression is key to keeping a transaction on track and with Joanne's conveyancing experience, she can offer guidance and solutions to any tricky transactions. 

Joanne's varied role also includes negotiating deals that benefit both buyers and sellers, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and market knowledge to achieve favourable outcomes. Conducting thorough property valuations is a key aspect of Joanne's role, allowing her to provide clients with accurate insights that inform their decisions. Joanne takes pride in organising and leading property viewings, creating an inviting atmosphere where potential buyers can envision their future home.

Jessica Atkins - Property Coordinator 

With a decade of experience at a respected local firm of solicitors, Jess provided essential administrative support to lawyers across a variety of sectors, including residential property. Throughout her career, she developed a strong focus on efficiency, organisation, and attention to detail—skills that are crucial to her success in the property sector.

Now a Property Coordinator here at Right At Home Estate Agents, Jess uses her extensive experience to streamline processes and ensure everything runs smoothly. From managing diaries, booking viewings and valuations, to preparing valuation reports and handling incoming calls, she is at the heart of our operations.
